Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped spinach in a splash of olive oil until wilted (about 2 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, crab meat, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheddar cheese; mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
