Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese with sugar and half of the matcha powder, then gently fold in the whipped cream until smooth.
- Mix remaining matcha powder with milk in a shallow dish. Briefly dip each ladyfinger into this mixture.
- Layer soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust with additional matcha powder and cut into squares.
