- 12 oz green chocolate melts
- 12 cake pop sticks
- 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake as directed, then let it cool completely before crumbling into a large bowl.
- Mix in half the frosting until the mixture holds together when rolled into balls.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for one hour.
- Melt green chocolate melts according to package instructions. Dip one end of each stick into melted chocolate, then insert halfway into each ball.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off, then decorate with rainbow sprinkles.
