- 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Fold in the chopped artichokes and wilted spinach.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggies.
