  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Fold in the chopped artichokes and wilted spinach.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or veggies.
