Description

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté the spinach until wilted, about 3 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and chop.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped spinach, drained artichokes, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
