- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and black pepper to create the marinade. Reserve half of the marinade for glazing later.
- Place cauliflower florets on one side of the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts in the remaining marinade and arrange them on the other side of the baking sheet alongside the cauliflower.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the cauliflower is tender. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking for extra flavor.
- Serve hot, drizzling any remaining pan sauce over the top.
