Instructions
- Warm milk and dissolve yeast with sugar in a small bowl; let sit until frothy (about 5 minutes).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and remaining sugar.
- Combine pumpkin puree, melted butter, and the activated yeast mixture; stir until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; knead until smooth (about 8 minutes).
- Let dough rise in a greased bowl covered with a damp cloth until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Punch down dough, divide into portions, fill each with Nutella, and seal securely.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to rise again (about 30 minutes).
