  • 1/2 cup 100% pure pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
