- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice beef sirloin, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Push veggies aside and add beef strips; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Top with provolone cheese, cover the skillet, and let it melt for about 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or greens, drizzling with any remaining sauce.
