  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms (optional), sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice beef sirloin, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and peppers for about 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Push veggies aside and add beef strips; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and simmer for another 2 minutes.
  5. Top with provolone cheese, cover the skillet, and let it melt for about 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice or greens, drizzling with any remaining sauce.
