Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower (about 2 lbs), cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse and dry the cauliflower. Cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
