- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until golden brown; add Brussels sprouts and cook until slightly tender.
- In a saucepan, melt remaining butter, whisk in flour for one minute, then gradually add heavy cream until thickened. Stir in garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer half of the Brussels sprouts and mushrooms in the baking dish; pour half the sauce over them, then repeat layers.
- Top with Gruyère and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
