- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat your grill.
- In a large bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, parsley, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked cakes back to the baking sheet and bake in the oven for an additional 10-12 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with tartar sauce or lemon aioli.
