Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb asparagus or green beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
