  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup potato starch or cornstarch
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup Kewpie mayonnaise

Instructions
