Description

Oreo Balls, also known as Oreo Truffles, are delightful bite-sized treats made from crushed Oreo cookies mixed with cream cheese and coated in rich chocolate. These easy-to-make confections are perfect for any occasion, whether it’s a party, a cozy movie night, or just a well-deserved indulgence. With their creamy center and crunchy exterior, each truffle delivers a satisfying burst of nostalgia and sweetness that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreos (crushed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: Sprinkles or cocoa powder for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until smooth and well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before returning to the baking sheet.
  6. Before the chocolate hardens, add optional sprinkles or cocoa powder on top. Refrigerate for about an hour to set.
