- 6–8 day-old croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms; cook until tender.
