Description

Greek Yogurt Buffalo Chicken Dip is a deliciously creamy and spicy appetizer that combines tender shredded chicken, tangy Greek yogurt, and zesty buffalo sauce. This lighter alternative to traditional dips is perfect for game days or casual gatherings. Serve it warm with crunchy tortilla chips or fresh veggies, and watch it become the star of any party!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper; bake in a greased dish for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Shred the chicken once slightly cooled.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. 3. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese and green onions.
  4. 4. Bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  5. 5. Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
