- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)
- 1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Add the egg and mix well. Press into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, toss blueberries with sugar, flour, and vanilla until coated. Pour over the crust.
- Roll out remaining dough and cut into strips for the lattice top. Weave over the blueberry filling.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
