- 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat for 7-10 minutes; drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water and simmer until thickened.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares or circles.
- Place seasoned meat and cheese on one half of each pastry piece. Fold over, sealing edges with a fork.
- Brush with an egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
