- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove moisture by wrapping it in a towel and placing a weight on top.
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the cubed tofu and sauté until golden brown on all sides (8-10 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute until fragrant; then pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to coat the tofu evenly.
- Stir in the remaining tablespoon of butter until melted, then remove from heat.
