Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, half of the grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, cook linguine according to package instructions. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté remaining garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and stir in the remaining Parmesan until melted and smooth. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve meatballs over linguine and garnish with fresh parsley.
