  • 2 cups sweet onions (Vidalia or Walla Walla), thinly sliced
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter (for sautéing)
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • Gravy or brown sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions until golden brown (about 15-20 minutes). Let cool.
