  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper until frothy.
