Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour two round cake pans.

- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures; mix until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide batter between pans and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool cakes in pans for ten minutes before transferring to wire racks. Frost between layers and top as desired.
