- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in mashed ube, vanilla extract, and milk until combined.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just mixed—avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
