- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, smashed

- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut into large chunks.
