  • 4 cups stale challah or brioche, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk (or 1 cup heavy cream)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the cubed stale bread in a large mixing bowl.
