- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water, pat dry, and slice into thin cutlets.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and toss with a drizzle of olive oil.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper; sauté for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
