  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
