- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, cilantro, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place flank steak in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight preferred).
