- In a large bowl, mix flour, remaining sugar, melted butter, and salt. Add the frothy yeast mixture and beaten eggs; stir until combined into a sticky dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl covered with a towel until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
- Prepare the topping by heating butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans in a saucepan until bubbling.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over it, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, roll tightly, and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in the prepared topping mix in a baking dish and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
