  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pudding mix and milk; mix until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until incorporated.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust; layer with sliced bananas, then add remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
