- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, dried cranberries, chocolate chips, pepitas, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
