Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas until just mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined; do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before preparing the frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency is reached.
