Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
