  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through (7–10 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  4. Pour remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the glaze.
  6. Serve on plates or a platter, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
