- 3 tablespoons Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare cauliflower by washing and cutting it into bite-sized florets. Pat dry with a kitchen towel.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), and minced garlic until well combined.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Place the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy; shake halfway through cooking.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve warm.
