- 3.4 oz instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in banana pudding mix and milk until fully blended.
- Gently fold half of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
- Layer half of the banana slices over the crust, then add half of the cheesecake filling. Repeat with remaining bananas and filling.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with extra banana slices or crushed cookies.
