Description

Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake is a warm, inviting dessert that combines a moist vanilla cake with a rich, sweet cinnamon filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the milk until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and additional cinnamon for the swirl.
  6. Layer half the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the mixture.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
