- ¾ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Cream softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the milk until smooth.
- Gradually fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix brown sugar and additional cinnamon for the swirl.
- Layer half the batter in the bundt pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
