- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend black beans, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
