  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp cold water

Instructions

  2. 2. While marinating, wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
