- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp cold water

- 4. Add broccoli to the skillet along with any remaining marinade; stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until broccoli is tender but crisp.
- 5. To thicken the sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water; pour it into the skillet while stirring until bubbly.
